Abuse of power at the border: official forces women to show their breasts!
USA - A US Border Patrol agent had sexually harassed several women trying to enter the US - by asking them to show him their breasts!
Shane Millan (53) admitted last week to forcing women to undress in front of the camera while processing immigration documents.
As People reports, the 53-year-old was stationed in the US state of New York at the time of the crime and was tasked with processing the entry of migrants across the southern border of the USA.
While he was looking at a woman's papers, he mistakenly noticed that a tattoo on her chest was noted.
When the woman explained during a Zoom meeting that she did not have a tattoo, Millan asked her to expose her breasts.
She then lifted her shirt and bra and exposed herself in front of the webcam while her one-year-old daughter sat next to her. At the end of the meeting, the 53-year-old again asked her to show her naked upper body to "confirm that she didn't have a tattoo there".
The second time, however, the woman refused, whereupon the officer threatened not to sign the papers until he was sure. She then gave in and showed him her breasts again on the webcam.

Around two weeks later, a similar incident occurred.
During another online meeting, Millan processed the papers of another woman who was in the presence of her husband and child. He asked them both to leave the room.
When they did, he ordered the woman to lift her shirt and bra - even though she had already told him that her tattoo was near her collarbone and she had already shown it to him. The mother finally gave in and showed him her bare chest.
But these two women were not his only victims. In his guilty plea, Millan stated that he had forced several migrant women to undress in front of the camera in 2023.
He also searched online for Spanish translations to order the women, who did not speak English well, to expose their breasts in Spanish.
His sentencing is scheduled for July 5. Shane Millan faces a prison sentence of up to two years and a fine of the equivalent of around 183,000 euros.
