Team doctor deceased: Barça game canceled due to death!

Barcelona (Spain) - The match in Spain's top soccer division has been called off ! The La Liga clash between FC Barcelona and CA Osasuna scheduled for this Saturday evening (9pm) will not take place. The reason for this is the death of a member of the medical staff.

The top club from Catalonia announced on the social media platform X around a quarter of an hour before the scheduled start that team doctor Carlos Miñarro García had passed away.

"For this reason, the match between FC Barcelona and CA Osasuna will be postponed to a new date. The board and all staff would like to express our sincere condolences and sympathy to the family and friends at this difficult time", the official statement continued.
